Viewerly is made by 9M Västerås AB in Sweden. While the site is pre-launch, it collects one thing.
What the waitlist stores
If you ask to hear when Viewerly is released, we store:
- the email address you enter,
- when you entered it,
- whether you also opted in to the newsletter, and when you gave that consent,
- whether you clicked the confirmation link.
The newsletter opt-in is recorded separately from the release notification, because they are two different things you agreed to. Leaving the box unchecked means one email, at release.
We do not sell or share the address, and we do not use it to profile you. Confirmation mail is sent through Mailgun, which processes the address on our behalf in order to deliver it.
Removing your address
Write to [email protected] and we will delete it. You do not need an account and you do not need to explain why.
The app
Viewerly itself keeps your sessions on your own machine. When you pair devices, what travels through our relay is encrypted end to end: the server stores ciphertext it cannot read, and decryption happens on your devices.
A fuller policy covering accounts and subscriptions will be published before launch.
